Meet the team! We're a dedicated team passionate about fostering genuine, intrinsically motivated play experiences for children. During the day, you'll find us practicing what we preach as playworkers and service managers at Camp Hill Outside School Hours Care—a renowned service known for its innovative application of authentic play and playwork principles in daily program and practices.
As a company we champion and advocate for children’s play through both our consultancy branch, as well as our Approved Provider branch. As play consultants we offer Professional Development (to individuals as well as teams), online learning modules, in field mentorship and play space audits (Ludic Ecology Report).
As Approved Providers, specialising in the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) industry, we provide a community based, playwork inspired OSHC options for schools who need to, or wish to, outsource the running of their OSHC program. Through all aspects of our company, we aim to make valuable play partners who are passionate about both play and community and the benefits they promote.

TODD ADA - DIRECTOR/PLAYWORKER
With over a decade of experience in the Childcare and School Age Care sector, Todd brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Having earned his Bachelor of Education Degree in Primary and Middle School back in 2007, he has been steering the ship as the Manager of Camp Hill OSHC since 2009.
In addition to his extensive educational background, Todd has certificate in Playwork, fuelled by his passion for children's development and growth. Recognising the pivotal role that play plays in shaping a well-rounded child, Todd, in his capacity as the Service Manager and Nominated Supervisor, navigates the intricacies of the industry. While acknowledging the challenges and barriers we all encounter, Todd is genuinely excited about the industry's evolving landscape and the positive direction it's heading.
LUCY ADA - DIRECTOR/PLAYWORKER
Bringing over 15 years’ experience within the care industry, Lucy Ada, with a familial foundation in early years care and education, has recently redirected her professional journey towards the dynamic field of Playwork.
Lucy holds credentials in Playwork, a degree in Fine Arts, and a Cert III in childcare. Her passion for authentic education propels her dedication to infuse playwork ideal into her Staffing Manager role at Camp Hill OSHC. Lucy is committed to not only embodying this enthusiasm herself, but also to imparting it to her team and across the broader industry. Lucy is our expert in team culture development and team dynamics. Working in a way that promotes staff responsibility, autonomy and enthusiasm to promote a team that works dynamically with each other and the children.
ISAIH TUETA - DIRECTOR/PLAYWORKER
Isiah has over 10 years’ experience as an on the floor playworker. As his roles have developed within the industry, he has juggled both Playworker responsibilities as well as being the service program manager for Camp Hill OSHC, a service with a capacity of 310 children.
In his extensive tenure within the industry, Isaih has honed his expertise in practically implementing Playwork Principles and pedagogies within the OSHC environment. He adeptly aligns these practices with the MTOP framework, ensuring a seamlessly integrated program and routine that maximizes children's freedom and play experiences. Isaih holds a diploma in early childhood development and is also certified in Playwork through 'Pop-up Adventure Play'.
EMMA MASSEY - DIRECTOR/PLAYWORKER
Emma's journey began with a desire to teach children, but her true passion unfolded in the realms of playwork and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC). Currently serving as a manager at Camp Hill OSHC, Emma is actively pursuing her diploma in children's services and holds a certificate in Playwork.
In her role as a Staffing Manager/Medical Officer within the Playwork setting, Emma's responsibilities extend beyond her own practice. She is dedicated to cultivating the capacities, potential, and self-reflective abilities of a diverse team. Emma recognises these skills as essential in any setting aiming to foster a holistic play culture and instil best practices through staff retention and continuous upskilling.
ANGUS GORRIE - DIRECTOR/PLAYWORKER
Angus utilises his Bachelor of Behavioural Science and Playwork Certificate to inform his play pedagogical approaches, ensuring TOPA delivers outstanding playwork-inspired programs that align with the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) learning framework, My Time, Our Place (MTOP). Currently pursuing a Master's in Medical Research with a focus on play and its impact on human health, Angus is at the forefront of exploring the profound connection between play and well-being.
Within TOPA's consultancy branch, Angus has inspired countless educators and teachers, empowering them to embark on their own play journeys within their work environments. His commitment to advancing play-based learning has left a lasting impact on individuals and educational communities alike.
