RISK BENEFIT WORKSHOP

Risk Assessment is the common way of “managing” risk in environments where children play. This workshop will take you through step by step the process of creating, understanding and appreciating Risk-Benefit Analysis and how to bring your team along for the journey. We will then discuss the grey areas of all risk and how a well thought out process of Dynamic Risk Assessment will ensure that your plans are not reams of paper collecting dust in a filing cabinet, but an embedded practice that manifests on a daily basis.
